1. Awareness on ISO 9001:2015

  • Awareness on ISO 9001:2015 shall be conducted for all level of the organization. Leadership training shall be given to all seniors and subordinates.

2. Review of Organization Structure

  • Organization structure shall be reviewed with the top Management.
  • Organization chart shall be prepared with line of authority

3. Defining of Quality Policy

  • Quality Policy shall be defined and educated to all staffs in the organization

4. Setting Quality Objectives and Targets

  • Quality Objectives and Targets shall be fixed for each department to control the process

5. Appointment of Management Representative

  • Management representative shall be appointed for establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System.

6. Appointment of Management Review Committee Members (MRC)

  • MRC members shall be appointed for implementing the system in entire the organization

7. Study of Department Activities

  • Department wise activities shall be collected for developing the Manual and Procedures

8. Use of Master Copy

  • Department wise master copy shall be reviewed and documented

9. Internal Audit Training

  • System auditor shall be selected and adequate training provided for performing internal audit

10. Annual Audit Plan

  • Annual Audit Plan shall be prepared to conduct the internal audit at periodic level

11. Conducting Management Review Meeting (MRM)

  • Organization structure shall be reviewed with the top Management.
  • Organizing the MRM to discuss the all issues with Key personnel

12. Conducting Management Review Meeting (MRM)

  • After well established of the Quality Management System External Certification Body is asked for review the existing system for recommend the certification.
  • Full involvement till certification and guarantee of certification

Implementation and Certification
